Conference in Harbin, on April 27th, 2008
On April 27th, 2008, we organised a party to present some French homemade snacks. Around ten gueste took part. They could discover one of the multiple aspects of the French cooking, simple, but efficient ! Quiches, sandwiches, chocolate cakes, raisins cake, apple pies, and others were presented. A glass of kir, a French famous aperitif, was offered as well. Chinese people could appreciate some French knowledge about food. Everybody showed his deep interest.
